Travel attendant (Latvia)

• long-term job with a part-time schedule (10:15-17:45); 
• salary starting from 1,480 till 1,580 EUR gross/per month + additional bonuses;

Workplace: Jelgava - Valga train route.  

• open-minded, adaptable, and willing to interact with diverse passengers;
• ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure; 
• proficiency in Latvian and English (knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.);
• previous experience in customer service is an advantage.  

• ensure passenger safety by enforcing train safety regulations;
• provide information and assistance to passengers regarding routes, schedules, and train services;
• interact with passengers, addressing their individual needs, including those requiring special assistance;
• promote and sell food, beverages, and other products available on the train.
