Social Media Content Manager

We are looking for a seasoned Social Media Content Manager with a keen interest in FinTech,Banking, and Business, who stays updated on the latest trends, news, and developments inthese fields. This role is fully onsite from our Riga office during the probation period. After the probationperiod is completed, we can consider hybrid work options. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging, and informative content—including blogposts, articles, newsletters, service pages, and social media posts—that reflects the latestindustry trends, regulatory changes, and news relevant to our audience.
• Social Media Content Strategy: Develop and adapt content strategies tailored to specificsocial media platforms to maximize engagement and impact.
• Industry Insight: Stay abreast of the latest developments in FinTech, Banking, and Business,and translate this knowledge into insightful content that appeals to business professionals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with teams, executives, and stakeholders to ensure all contentaligns with company goals, product updates, and sales objectives.
• Content Refinement: Proofread, edit, and refine content to ensure it is polished, engaging,and optimized for SEO where applicable.
• General Support: Assist with other marketing and content-related tasks on request.
• Visual Content Creation: Produce visually appealing content using Canva, Photoshop orFigma to enhance social media posts, blog articles, and newsletters.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Social Media Content Manager in FinTech or Business Banking is preferable.
• Understanding of FinTech or Business Banking industry.
• Analytical skills. Expertise in designing and producing tailored visual content to suit specific posts using tools like Canva, Photoshop or Figma is highly desirable.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles is highly desirable. 
• Proficiency in English is required; conversational proficiency in Russian is a bonus.
