Sales Support Specialist

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE:

  • Efficiently handle data entry tasks, including customer information, orders and documents related to orders and various updates
  • Independently handle routine customer inquiries, direct complex issues to the appropriate team members, as well as to coordinate necessary information for the team
  • Prepare and organize necessary documentation for sales transactions and operations history records
  • Assist and support Sales Team in handling different administrative tasks and reports
  • Coordinate information regarding orders, product deliveries, reporting etc. within the company and the customers.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Professional English and Latvian knowledge, other European language proficiency would be a great advantage*
  • At least 2 years experience in administrative or Sales or Customer Support role 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, by keeping focus and attention to details
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using of different systems, for example MS Office, Bitrix24 CRM, Microsoft Axapta etc., to track customer information, product offer and order information, sales activities and follow ups.
