Sales Support Specialist

• Preparing offers for customers, including quantity and technical details.
• Managing customer orders in CRM system and communication with logistics department to ensure smooth delivery.
• Maintaining customer files and update information in our supplier portals.
• Communication with production and planning teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Participation in Stock Keeping Unit creation in CRM system to ensure accuracy of product information.

• Professional English and Latvian knowledge, other language knowledge would be a great advantage. *
• At least 2 years experience in customer service related jobs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics processes preferred.
