Job Description

  • Network and contact B2B clients by visiting, active calling, presenting, and demonstrating.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and assist customers in selecting rental properties.
  • Perform market research and report current situation to HQ.
  • Work closely with Business Development, Design, PR & Marketing, and other Departments.
  • Oversee and manage the office, welcome clients, perform administrative functions.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, cold and warm calls, lead generation.
  • Previous experience in hospitality will be considered an advantage.
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
  • Fluent command of Latvian and English, ability to communicate in other languages will be considered as an advantage.
  • An ability to work independently, proactively, and creatively.
