Job Description

  • Organization and execution of the company’s service sales, including international rail freight transportation (covered wagons, open wagons, containers), multimodal cargo transportation, transportation of oversized and heavy cargo, and comprehensive “door-to-door” logistics solutions.
  • Proactive search for new business clients and strategic partners.
  • Development and maintenance of long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Leading negotiations, preparing contracts, and coordinating the implementation of projects.
  • Prompt and effective resolution of emerging issues.
  • Analysis of the competitive landscape and sales performance data.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of sales processes and proven experience in railway transport and logistics sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Russian, both spoken and written; knowledge of additional foreign languages would be considered an asset.
  • Strong initiative, quick decision-making ability, and a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, with a strong commitment to high work standards.
