What you will do

As the Sales Manager your primary responsibility will be:

  • To represent our company and grow our market share in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensure they are informed about our products, and develop sales strategies to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company's presence in Latvia.
  • Engage with customers by visiting them regularly to understand their needs and offer the best solutions.
  • Promote our full range of products, including contact lenses, lens solutions, eyewear, and medical equipment.
  • Launch and promote new products, educating customers on their benefits.
  • Represent the company at local industry exhibitions to increase brand awareness.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring long-term relationships with key accounts.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, ideally within the optical or medical equipment industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving targets.
  • Willingness to travel within Latvia to meet customers and attend industry events.
  • Fluent in Latvian, with a good command of English.
