Sales and Technical Project Coordinator

We empower property developers, building owners, designers, contractors, and insurers to construct buildings combining world-class energy efficiency and outstanding design.

We are looking for a Sales and Technical Project Coordinator for Latvia and Estonia who will be responsible for maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and supporting the achievement of sales objectives. This role will be to focus on visiting client’s building sites and take care of their needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers (general contractors, subcontractors, cladding companies and the architects)
• Provide high-level customer service and technical consulting to clients.
• Coordinate the harmonogram of the project on our and clients’ side.
• Looking for sales opportunities in the existing projects.
• Visiting clients’ projects and caring about their needs.
• Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Specialist closely.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

• Higher education in construction or related field enables the person to read and understand easily technical drawings.
• Minimum experience in a similar position to conduct sales and technical conversations with customers.
• Creativity and strong communication skills.
• Demonstrates self-organization, stress resistance and self-motivation and assertiveness skills.
• Knowledge of the industrial construction market.
• Ability to read and adjust technical drawings.
• Proficient in PC usage.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD.
• English proficiency at a communication level.
• Native Latvian is a must (nice to have Estonian).
