Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing initiatives and manage our sales channels at Tarragon Aircraft. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating impactful marketing content, organizing promotional events like demo flights and factory tours, and effectively managing lead acquisition and optimization through direct and dealer channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a content-driven marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and product understanding.
• Produce and manage high-quality marketing materials, including videos, blogs, newsletters and comprehensive digital campaigns.
• Organize and coordinate demo flights to demonstrate the performance and features of our light sport aircraft to potential clients and partners.
• Organize and coordinate factory tours to showcase our manufacturing processes and product capabilities.
• Support dealers with targeted marketing materials and strategies to boost local sales initiatives.
• Manage and optimize the acquisition and tracking of leads generated directly and through the dealer network.
• Analyze the performance of direct and dealer-generated leads to continuously refine marketing strategies and improve outcomes.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience in marketing and sales management, ideally within the light sport aircraft industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.
