  • Develop planning strategies according to Aerone specifics.
  • Develop processes to increase the period of future rotations.
  • Data analytics and reporting.
  • Budget management.
  • Emergency planning.
  • Forecasting of workforce needs.
  • Coordination and communication with the workforce.

Requirements:

  • Higher degree in industrial engineering, computer science, HR management, business administration or similar required.
  • Experience in project management, workforce planning, or industrial engineering maybe operations management.
