Robotic System Development Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead robotic system development projects from concept to client delivery, ensuring successful execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables while addressing any deviations.
• Oversee compliance with engineering standards and robotic system requirements during design and development.
• Foster collaboration and communication between cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and procurement.
• Document design changes, prepare detailed instructions, and ensure comprehensive documentation for product introduction.
• Report on project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify resource shortages or inefficiencies and propose effective solutions.

• 5+ years strong leadership and project management skills with a track record in robotic or engineering projects.
• Proficiency in Latvian and English language skills (verbal and written).
• Expertise in planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Deep understanding of engineering standards and robotic system specifications.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities across departments and with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Commitment to high-quality standards in documentation and project execution.
• Experience with quality assurance practices and cross-departmental coordination is a plus.
