"Radisson Blu Ridzene Hotel" is looking for a self-driven individual to join our team as an Restaurant and M&E Manager.

You are responsible for the Restaurant and M&E operations. This includes coordinating and planning the activities, coaching and motivating the team, monitoring quality and hygiene standards and of course optimizing the financial results. Together with the team, you make sure the guests are well taken care of. As Restaurant and M&E Manager you are responsible for organizing and serving various events. Finally, you maintain a close relationship with the guests and, if necessary, you are the point of contact for compliments and complaints.

Requirements

  • You have experience in leading a team in a restaurant or hotel.
  • In addition, you know how to get the best out of your team by coaching, inspiring and supporting them.
  • You like to share your knowledge in the field of gastronomy and service and you have a good command of the Latvian and English language.
