Quality Control Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control on purchased and in-house manufactured components in line with company standards
• Track non-conformities, prepare reports, and ensure corrective actions are completed on time
• Develop proposals to address non-conformities and improve quality control processes
• Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) according to company procedures, and create test reports
• Maintain and enhance quality systems, standards, and documentation
• Participate in product testing and collaborate with teams to uphold a reputation for professionalism and cooperation

• At least 2+ years experience in quality control or related roles in manufacturing company
• Fluent English and Latvian language
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of quality systems and documentation
• Engineering knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes
• Ability to understand technical documentation and drawings
• Familiarity with FAT/SAT testing processes will considered as advantage
