Procurement Project Manager

• Support the implementation of the procurement strategy for daily material needs.
• Plan procurement activities and deal with tenders.
• Preparation, prolongation and control of contracts.
• Supplier database management.
• Supporting all Baltics Procurement team members.
• Communication with different departments and information exchange.
• Doing a background check (TPS) on new suppliers.
• Updating contracts prices in system.

• Previous work experience in procurement or supply chain processes.
• University degree in Economics, Business Management or other similar area.
• Good computer skills, including MS Excel skills.
• Knowledge of SAP or local ERP system.
• Very good spoken and written Estonian and English language skill.
