Job Description

  • Studio monitoring and troubleshooting;
  • Report all incoming alerts;
  • Ensure the highest service to the customers;
  • Professional performance and adherence to daily work plan;
  • Knowledge of company procedures, guidelines, and processes;
  • Knowledge of the company's internal rules and procedures, confidentiality and non-disclosure of restricted access information.

Requirements

  • Multitasking, stress resilience, productive time planning;
  • Upper-intermediate proficiency in Latvian and English (knowledge of Russian will be an advantage);
  • Responsible, result-oriented, and ready to take initiative;
  • Strong planning and organization skills, ability to comply with certain procedures;
  • Ability to work in front of cameras in live streaming;
  • Good computer skills, experienced in the use of MS Office, Excel, and Google Drive;
  • Ability to work in shifts;
  • Ability to solve problems independently.
