Partner and customer relationship manager

Warranty Insurance is an insurance agency, partner of LHV Insurance, with an existing client base in Latvia.

We are looking for a relationship manager for whom communication and business relationship is alifestyle.

Your main tasks will be:

• development and expansion of the partnerships in Latvia;
• initially asour only partner and customer relationship manager in Latvia you will be responsible for keeping aneye on all activities in Latvia.

• You are comfortable with both sales and support processes and can fulfill such tasks yourself as well;
• You feel comfortable with sales related strategies and various sales techniques and know how to effectively apply them;
• You have experience with developing relationships with large clients andselling to them;
• You have experience in customer service and you enjoy finding solutions andproviding a world class service to your partners;
• You are working independently – as the first partner relationship manager in Latvia you will beresponsible for all operations in Latvia;
• You are brave and open in your communication and can comfortably do it in Latvian, Russian or English both verbally and in writing;
• You are active, independent and goal oriented;
• You love beingon the move and have B category driving license and a possibility to use a personal car;
• You will need to go for short business trips in Latvia or Estonia;
• You are a leader who is an example to others and is leading by encouraging and highly valuing yourteam.
