Operations Manager (IT & Product Development)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day IT infrastructure and product development operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and high performance.
• Optimize workflows, implement best practices (Agile, DevOps), and drive process improvements.
• Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations or product development, 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong background in project management, Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Product Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent English (Upper-Intermediate B2+) (for communicating with the foreign; experience with international teams is a plus. Why English is required: You will work in a multicultural, international team spread across different countries.
