Office manager

MIDDLE EAST LINK, SIA
1300 - 1500 €/m Net

Main duties:

  • Develop and manage document control system to support smooth production and sales process.
  • Prepare everyday documentation - delivery documents, invoices, etc.
  • Submit information in accounting software JUMIS.
  • Perform rentability analysis and prepare monthly reports.
  • Support Sales team by completing quotation and sales register.

Skills required:

  • Microsoft Office Advanced level with emphasis on MS Excel.
  • High level of accuracy with numbers and documents.
  • Good written and communication skills, team oriented.
  • Good level of English – spoken and written.
  • Drivers licence.
