New Product Implementation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D, production, quality, and supply chain teams to manage engineering changes and minimize production disruptions
• Lead new product introduction projects from concept to production readiness
• Develop and maintain documentation for manufacturing (DFM) and assembly (DFA)
• Oversee prototype production, analyze results, and improve manufacturing processes
• Design equipment, assemblies, parts, and tools in CAD software
• Maintain documentation in ERP and version control systems
• Enhance production efficiency, material flow, and manufacturing technologies

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• Proven experience in a manufacturing engineer and/or technologist role
• Proficiency in CAD software (Solidworks)
• Knowledge of PDM version control and ERP systems
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems
• Experience with DFM/DFA principles and Lean manufacturing methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills
