Multimedia Specialist

AERONES is a leading global company specializing in robotic wind turbine maintenance is seeking a Multimedia Specialist with skills in graphic design and/or video editing to join its Marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and high-quality video content that highlights the company's products, services, and team
• Design and edit visuals and multimedia materials for websites, social media, and presentations
• Organize and execute creative filming and photography sessions for marketing purposes
• Develop visually compelling presentations that effectively communicate ideas and information
• Prepare print and digital marketing materials aligned with the brand's visual identity
• Design infographics and visualizations to present complex information clearly and attractively
• Ensure consistency in visual branding across all platforms, including websites, social media, and sales materials

• At least 2+ years experience in graphic design and/or video editing, with a professional portfolio or showreel showcasing your creative and technical skills
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and familiarity with motion graphics or animation creation
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
• Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for visual composition, branding, and storytelling across digital platforms
• Excellent written and spoken English and Latvian, with the ability to communicate effectively and align with international standards
