Marketing Specialist

The primary goal of your role is to generate demand and to deliver new and existing customers to Olybet.lv (digital) and Olympic Casino (land-based). You will be operating in an international environment and a team of professionals in the online and land-based entertainment & gaming industry. The gross salary for this position starts from 2000 euros.

• Coordinating, planning, and executing digital and land-based campaigns to recruit and retain customers, ensuring alignment with defined branding and messaging.
• Writing clear and concise briefs for internal central services (such as design and digital teams) and external agency partners as needed.
• Consolidating campaign results using various data visualization tools in collaboration with our analytics team.
• Ensuring visibility of OlyBet and Olympic Casino campaigns and offers across all digital, social, direct communication, retail, and other platforms in compliance with local legislation.
• Tracking and reporting on campaign performance and efficiency.
• Driving innovation and growth, ensuring that OlyBet and Olympic Casino fully utilize all acquisition opportunities through sponsorships, partnerships, and OlyBet Sports Bars.
• Overseeing and managing the OlyBet.lv website.

• 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role within a B2C marketing department/activities.
• Digital native professionally and personally.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, both: digital and traditional marketing techniques.
• Very good Latvian language skill. Excellent spoken and written English. Russian language skill is advantage.
• Data driven, strong analytical and Excel skills; attention to detail.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable in sports spheres and the desire for a career in the entertainment & gaming industry.
