YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE:

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to design, oversee, and optimize advertising and promotional campaigns (PPC, Email, Organic, SMM) aimed at lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate creation of high-quality visual and textual content across multiple communication channels.
  • Oversee and coordinate collaboration with internal and external service providers, including advertising agencies, content developers, web development teams, and support material creators.
  • Plan and manage the company's participation in industry-related events such as exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide in-depth analytical reports, offering strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal return on investment (ROI).
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience leading the Marketing, Communication, or Sales department within a B2B sector (preferably manufacturing industry) or 4 years of experience in Marketing, Communication, or Sales roles within B2B industry. 
  • English (C1), Latvian, and Russian (basic understanding required); additional European languages (French/German/Spanish) are a plus.
  • Strong strategic and business-oriented thinking and data-driven, curious, and results-focused.
  • Organized, structured, and capable of leading and inspiring a team.
  • Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields (Mathematics/Analytics also welcome).
