Responsibilities:

Organizing the process of document signing, verification, and storage, including the use of electronic signatures. Monitoring the correctness and timeliness of signatures.
Managing HR document flow: maintaining and managing HR documentation (in electronic format), ensuring the correct execution of all documents, and liaising with the legal department on documentation matters.
Working with contractors: preparing and processing contracts, additional agreements, acts, and other documents related to the provision of services.
Participating in HR processes: supporting and developing HR processes, including working with employees, conducting 360-degree assessments, 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, analyzing HR data, and market trends.

Experience with HR document flow, knowledge of document processing procedures for individual entrepreneurs and self-employed individuals.
Attention to detail, organization, and responsibility.
English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
