Very exciting opportunity for FLUENT German, Swedish, Dutch, Norwegian speakers who are based in Riga, Latvia.  

You will be giving instructions, answering questions, and helping resolve customer issues over the phone and email by working for one of the biggest IT companies.

Please note, that you should speak fluently at least one of the languages (German, Swedish, Dutch, Norwegian) and have a rights to work in Latvia .

• Must speak fluentlly at LEAST ONE of the following languages: German, Swedish, Dutch, Norwegian.
• Provide customer support services via telephone and e-mail.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to learn, develop and improve.
