Based in Latvia (Pure), we are currently recruiting a talented professional for the position of Key Account Manager.
Position Overview
The mission of the Key Account Manager is identify, initiate and follow up the collaboration with industrial customers business in all defined areas to reach the targeted Sales Budget, Customers Satisfaction. You will report to Sales Manager Dairy Baltics.
Key accountabilities
- Selling in Pure factory produced fruit-fillings.
- Providing best customer co-operation experience in organizing work with customers in defined responsibility.
- To travel and visit customers on regular bases.
- Analyze results and provide required support to Intercompany sales process.
- To look for new business growth opportunities in defined area via adding new products to existing customers and implement successful cross selling.
- Understand your market and manage customer strategy and positioning.
- Watch the trends and the competition.
- Monthly Forecasting Planning, daily CRM usage.
- Define and implement a sales strategy for each customer in line with confirmed matrix.
Qualifications
- Business, Economics, Engineering, Food Technology or other relevant area of studies.
- Work Experience similar position in a related field – strong focus on business development and Key Account Management.
- Experience from the food or ingredient industry B2B and/or B2C will be considered as an advantage.
- Ability to demonstrate past record work success will be plus.
- Entrepreneurial drive and mindset.
- Great relationship builder and good understanding of customer needs.
- Good commercial understanding and a positive problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communicator, international and analytical mindset.
- Project management, negotiation, new business development and selling skills.
- Business fluent Latvian and English is required for this role, other languages will be considered as an advantage.
- MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Well organized and good time management skills.
- Readiness to travel up to 20% of your working time.
- Driving licence.
