Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with the existing and new customers.
  • Attracting new customers, preparing sales offers and closing contracts.
  • Activities regarding quotations: input, negotiate, follow up, maintain.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a B2B Sales, preferably selling solutions/services.
  • Fluent in Latvian, Russia and English, both written and mutual.
  • High ability to drive the sales process from opportunity to closing.
  • Higher education in business management or similar.
  • Customer-centric mindset, excellent communication, and good negotiation skills.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and result-oriented personality.
  • Willingness and ability to learn.
