IT Support engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for providing solutions/workarounds to customer’s problems, in a fast and professional manner, in conjunction with the development team, within SLA restrictions.
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
• Support in development of Sapiens projects and products through the entire software development lifecycle (initiation, coding, testing, delivery, support).
• Meeting timeline and quality objectives.
• Own development tasks from requirements gathering/analysis to implementation/deployment.
• Coordinate and interact with all relevant parties (e.g. PM, BA, Manager, QA and customer) in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.

Requirements:

• Customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and provide solutions.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
• Good communication skills, good written and spoken English.
• Advanced knowledge of OOP.
• 2+ years of experience with asp.net and c#.net.
• Experience with frontend development - HTML/js/css.
• Good knowledge of MS SQL and database design.
• Willingness to work beyond working hours when required.
