IT Onsite Support Specialist

• System Setup and Support: Oversee the setup of new workspaces and user accounts, alongside routine IT maintenance including hardware troubleshooting and software installation.

• Network and Equipment Management: Manage local IT infrastructure, ensuring network stability, and keeping IT equipment up-to-date and compliant with our standards.

• Collaborative Support: Work closely with the Global IT Service Desk and engage directly with dealership employees, providing hands-on support and resolving IT issues efficiently.

• Education or equivalent experience in Computer science, information technology or related field.
• Experience in providing onsite technical support in a corporate environment (at least 1 year).
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating system (administration, installation, support) as well as common productivity software (MS Office suite).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
• Fluency in English and Latvian language.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications like ITIL, CompTIA, and familiarity with MS Dynamics and PowerBI.
