For our nearshoring team in cooperation with Payone, we are welcoming you to join our team in Riga, Latvia as a ServiceNow Expert!

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

  • 3+ years’ experience in ServiceNow, ideally a ServiceNow certification in the field of Admin, Data Management or Architect
  • Additional SNOW module experience (proven through ServiceNow certification not too outdated)
  • ITIL certification or knowledge (hands-on) of Change- Incident- and Problem-management processes implemented in a ITSM tool like ServiceNow
  • You enjoy working independently and remotely, but your team is always available to answer your questions.
  • German language skills is an advantage, not mandatory

 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

  • Take care of inquiries from PAYONE via Jira tickets or CMDB mailbox intake
  • Implement the changes in the respective ServiceNow instances through change management process
  • Access to all data which are CMDB relevant and typically related to CI information kept in a CMDB, Incidents will also be a topic depending on the further roadmap whether ITSM will also be implemented in P1 ServiceNow instances;
  • Carry out maintenance work and also being capable to implement new workflows in P1 ServiceNow instance
  • CMDB related data as part of SNOW ITSM module, containing asset data (business services/application/technical services/technical assets) in CMDB
  • Running yearly re-certifications of CMDB assets data with PAYONE application owner (automated via SNOW as tool landscape)
  • Maintenance (upgrades of SNOW SAAS) and further development as to functional requirements (integrations, ITSM module centric), considering NFRs relevant for ITOPs
  • Policy and process documentation update, reflecting the state of process as to annual re-certification process of policy/process documentation
