YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE:

  • Lead HR projects including organizational development initiatives and change management programs.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage full-cycle talent development and retention strategies.
  • Design and oversee performance management processes, including evaluations and compensation reviews.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster positive workplace culture and lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Provide strategic HR consultation to managers and employees.
  • Conduct HR data analysis to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in Latvian and English; additional languages are a plus.
