Job Description

  • To attract search and select new employees.
  • To ensure the maintenance of the personnel record-keeping system in accordance with the legislative and regulatory enactments and the procedure.
  • To organize personnel training and qualification improvement.
  • Review and evaluate applications, conduct initial selection and conduct interviews.
  • Provides feedback to candidates and sales manager, as well as ensuring high quality of service.
  • Advise employees on various personnel management issues.
  • Previous experience of recruiting and managing IT contractors.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of work experience in the field of personnel management.
  • Good knowledge of labour legislation in Latvia and the ability to manage personnel records in accordance with valid regulatory enactments.
  • Ability to work independently as well as to cooperate effectively in a team.
  • Ability to analyse and interpret information to make decisions.
  • Good knowledge of English and Latvian, both written and spoken.
  • Good computer Skills (MS Office).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Higher education, preferably in the field of legal or personnel management.
