HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

• Monitoring and improving overall HR strategies, systems and procedures.
• Implementing HR strategic initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Managing and driving successful talent attraction, new employee recruitment, maintaining and improving the benefits programme.
• Reporting on HR stats - absence, sickness, holidays, recruitment, resignations. Making recommendations to improve the situation.
• Leading, coaching HR team members.
• Serving as an advisor to Management team and solving complex people problems by applying good judgment and data-driven insights.
• Onboarding newcomers to the company.

• Hands-on experience as HR Manager or a similar managerial role in a dynamic environment.
• Expertise in employee life cycle management.
• People-oriented, people smart, can-do and result-driven approach.
• Ability to build and effectively manage relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proven experience with Human Resources metrics and in-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Fluency in English and Latvian, both spoken and written.
• Demonstrable ability to motivate and positively influence others.
• Coaching and mentoring experience would be an advantage.
• Experience in the Live Dealer industry would be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of social media would be an advantage.
