
We are looking for a self-driven individual to step into an exciting new role as HR Coordinator and join our expanding HR team! We offer a permanent position with a 40-hour work week and flexible working hours. You can work remotely or from our lovely office in Riga depending on your preference.
What does the job involve? As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing various HR tasks and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
✍️Providing employment advice to restaurants and creating and updating HR guidelines.
✍️Collecting statistics and tracking data to meet HR and management needs.
✍️Maintaining and improving the recruitment system.
✍️Monitoring job advertisements and ensuring the success of the recruitment processes.
✍️Assisting at various stages of recruitment, including processing applications, candidate communication, and developing job advertisement templates and recruitment materials.
We are looking for someone who has the ability to work independently, pay attention to details, and react quickly to shifting situations. Relevant education and work experience is a significant advantage. This role involves working as part of the international team, so in addition to Latvian, proficiency in English is also essential.
