Health & Safety Officer

• Conduct safety and health training for employees.
• Develop and implement risk prevention plans.
• Perform workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Create safety documentation and conduct training session.
• Manage personal protective equipment selection, certification, and inspections.
• Coordinate health examinations and maintain safety records.
• Investigate workplace incidents and near-misses.
• Monitor safety metrics and drive improvements.
• Lead corrective actions for safety non-conformities.

• Education or certifications and knowledge of safety regulations.
• Fluent in Latvian and English.
• Computer proficient.
• Strong communicator and team player.
• Self-driven with attention to detail.
• Adaptable to dynamic environment.
• Manufacturing experience a plus.
