Your main tasks will be to:

  • Maximize customer revenues by growing country business in terms of turnover and GP.
  • Acquire and develop new and existing Key Accounts to maximize business retention and growth.
  • Ensure performance and activities of Key Account and Field Sales Team and provide comprehensive sales support in terms of tender management and Customer relationship management.
  • Secure sales targets and activities in cooperation with Cluster and its teams, pursue an integrated approach across all transport modes.
  • Take care of compliance with new and existing customer agreements and processing of relevant information.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan corresponding with Company strategy.
  • Align with, implement and communicate strategic plan and sales targets set by Regional Sales.
  • Identify new business potential.
  • Manage marketing and sales budget.

Your profile:

  • Relevant experience in Sales in logistics area more than 5 years.
  • Good knowledge of logistics and transportation area.
  • Strong leadership skills and proactive attitude.
  • Team working behavior.
  • Fluent Latvian and English.
