Job Description

Shop Specialist promotes high quality retailing standards, continuously driving maximum sales results and superior quality customer service.
Achieve/exceed sales goals as outlined by the company.
Offer a welcoming greeting to all customers as they enter the store.
Present merchandise with enthusiasm, and assist in the selection by making recommendations to the customer.
Respects and understands others and displays multi-cultural awareness. Passionate about guest experience and the hospitality/retail industry.

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
Proven track record driving sales performance through business development activities including product launches or events.
1+ Years’ experience in retail or hospitality; luxury guest experience is of interest.
Brand, price, industry details are also required
You have a B2 spoken level of English, the knowledge of other languages is a plus.
