Demand Planner (Master Planner)

The Demand Planner (Master Planner) is responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts based on the sales pipeline, historical trends, and market intelligence. This role ensures seamless coordination between sales, production planning, and resource deployment by translating sales insights into actionable operational forecasts. The Demand Planner is a critical bridge between commercial strategy and operational execution, playing a key role in our S&OP process.

Responsibilities

• Step in as a deputy for the S&OP Director, ensuring seamless leadership when required
• Develop and manage accurate forecasts, translating sales opportunities into operational plans for technician demand and robotic asset utilization
• Create insightful reports using Excel and BI tools, ensuring data accuracy and identifying trends to refine forecast models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Production Planning, and Finance, to align forecasts with business goals
• Play an active role in S&OP meetings, presenting key insights and driving process improvements

• 3–5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or similar
• Fluent English and Latvian language
• Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills
• Experience working with sales pipelines, preferably in Pipedrive or similar CRM
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments
• Experience in service industries or field technician operations will considered as advantage
• Familiarity with NetSuite, BI software, and S&OP principles will considered as advantage
