• Helping clients to solve their daily request via live chat and email.
• Follow up with costomers to ensure their techinal issues resolved.
• Analyze and report product malfunctions.
• Assit in training junior Customer Support Representatives.

• Fluent in Russian and English language (any additional language counted as an advantage).
• You have highly developed client management skills.
• Able to work under the pressure.
• Flexible and resilient and interested to work day and night shifts.
