Customer Support Representative

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Diving into conversations with customers through chat and email channels in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Utilizing CRM systems to look up and retrieve relevant information.
• Investigating customer issues and resolving them with blazing efficiency.

• Willingness and ability to work in all three shifts: 09:00-17:00; 17:00-01:00; 01:00-09:00.
• Good knowledge of the English language both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented nature.
• Experience in the Customer Support position would be an advantage.
