Customer Support & Marketing Assistant

About the Role: We’re looking for a versatile and proactive Customer Support & Marketing Assistant to join our team! In this role, you’ll handle both customer support and marketing tasks, helping us connect with our clients and grow our presence across markets.

As a Customer Support Assistant:

• Respond to emails and phone calls during designated hours, providing exceptional support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As a Marketing Assistant:

• Create simple, selfie-style videos to engage with our audience.
• Translate content and understand the basics of copywriting to craft compelling text.
• Communicate with Latvian creators to order and coordinate content.
• Write briefs based on guidelines provided—filling in the missing copy as needed (nice-to-have).
• Translate texts from English to Latvian to adapt marketing materials for the local market.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong command of the Latvian language, with the ability to write marketing-focused content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay organized under pressure.

• Customer Support: 6 €/hour post tax (up to 14 hours per week).
• Marketing Tasks: 10 €/hour post tax (up to 10 hours per week).
