Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist at Alojas in Aloja. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, and enhancing customer experience on a daily basis.

  • First point of contact for all our customers local and international.
  • Interface between internal and external customers
  • Maintain existing customers, follow up on recurrent sales, get new orders from existing customers
  • Respond to customers enquiry in a timely and complete manner
  • Following new customers/product combination for C and D customers (Desk sales)
  • Transform Aloja’s B2B sales organization from an agent/distributor- based model to a customer-based model.
  • Monitor market and competitors’ products, initiatives and activities and react accordingly: propose necessary countermeasures if needed
  • Provide detailed rolling sales forecasting with a 12-months horizon
  • Review customers activities, anticipate their needs, and improve customer satisfaction
  • Complete sales reports and prepare regular updates on key customers’ projects progresses
  • Follow up on progresses of R&D projects. She/he will collaborate with R&D to assure that projects are completed according to the deadlines that have been agreed with customers and that they deliver according to the identifies potential.
  • Have responsibility for clients’ solvency both new and existent. Collaborate with CFO to recover credit.

Reporting to: Aloja’s Sales Director

Supervises: C customers and Sales Agents

Location: Aloja’s office in Riga and once a month Aloja Starkelsen HQ in Aloja.

Qualifications:

  • Phone Etiquette and Customer Experience skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • University degree is a must
