Customer manager

We are looking for team reinforcement in the position of customer service for work from home in Latvian language. You don't need a lot of experience before starting work, we will train you. If you are eager to improve in the field of customer service, we are looking forward to having you on our team. Your working day will look like this:

• Customer service by phone, e-mail by mail, on social networks
• Work with Wordpress online content management system
• Solving problems that have arisen
• Help with page administration

• Have experience in customer service
• Excellent communication skills in Latvian language (oral and written)
• Have good general communication skills
• You are proactive, positive, meticulous and willing to learn and improve

• Ability to realize ideas while working with exclusive products
