YOUR RESPONSIBILITY WILL BE:

  • Regular market research to find new potential sources of leads and new customers.
  • Making outgoing cold calls in order to approach new potential leads.
  • Present company products to potential customers by phone and email.
  • Process lead data entry in the CRM system and Axapta.
  • Develop new customer relationships through cold and warm calling techniques.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Professional fluency in English language. Good knowledge in French or Italian/Spanish language. Additional knowledge of other languages would be a great asset.*
  • Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
