CRM Administrator
As part of the Global Marketing Team, you will own our Customer Relationship Management system, ZOHO CRM. Working diligently, you find connections and patters — and resolve inconsistencies. Your strong administrative background and organisational skills are key when you develop workflows, supported by automation. You have the stamina needed for repetitive work, approaching each task methodically and with an eye for detail.

Prime responsibilities:
- Maintain marketing and sales tools, including CRM, DAM and Analytics (and other related tools). Data in these databases must be clean and accurate at all times.
- Maintain and develop dashboards, preparing reports when necessary.
- Provide insight on collected data, ensuring it can be used as basis for decision making, e.g. pipeline data, retention rates, expansion revenue.
- Work with Macros if the need arises.
- Coordinate planning and execution of events, such as webinars and trade shows.
- Support the marketing team with campaign management, e.g. segmentation, behaviour analysis.
- Research market, customer, and competitor intelligence.
- Lead prospecting.
