Construction Materials Technical Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Construction Materials Consultant to join our team in Latvia. The ideal candidate will focus on promoting and demonstrating our range of construction products, including tiling systems, facade renovation and ETICS products, leveling compounds, and waterproofing solutions.

What You'll do:

• Engage with contractors and construction site teams to provideexpert consultation on the use and application of our products.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and training sessionsfor applicators and craftsmen to ensure proper installation andeffective use of products.
• Collaborate closely with the Country Object Business Sales Manager to report on project statuses and pull strategies tomaximize sales impact.
• Engage with B2B sales teams of DIY chains to provide expertconsultation on the technical parameters of our products. Motivate DIY chains B2B personnel to sell Henkel buildingmaterials.
• Organize and execute training programs for sales personnel inmajor DIY stores, enhancing their knowledge of our productofferings.
• Assist the Senior Key Account Manager LV/LT with variousactivities related to the execution of sales strategies in the mainDIY Points of Sale (POS).

• Proven experience in the construction industry, particularly with construction materials.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Latvian and English is preferred.
• Job experience in trade of building materials or paints & sundries, or construction-engineering field. 
• Relevant educational background inconstruction, engineering, or a related field. 

Salary (hourly rate or monthly salary): 2500 - 3000 € gross.
