Compensation & Benefits Lead

Job Description

  • Preparation and analysis of the salary budget and estimates in close cooperation with department heads and HRBP (Business Partner).
  • Preparation and submission of various reports related to headcount, FTEs, and HR costs, including HR KPIs tracking and analysis related to HR processes.
  • Providing data for compensation research and analysis of results and trends, including setting salary structure and position grading in line with organizational changes.
  • Driving employee’s wellbeing thru the development and improvement of the benefits package, taking into account business strategy and market changes.
  • Administration and coordination of the remuneration review process and annual bonus payments.
  • Advising employees and managers on remuneration and fringe benefits.

Requirements

  • Higher education in business analytics, finance, or other related area,
  • At least 2-year experience in Compensation & Benefit role with proven track record
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (knowledge in other analytic tools is a strong advantage)
  • High engagement, excellent business acumen, strong drive for results
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficient Latvian and English
