Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Control day-to-day financial operations, ensuring all payments align with the approved budget.
  • Oversee financial activity and ensure compliance with local regulations in Italy, Latvia, UAE, and KSA.
  • Coordinate with regional accountants to ensure timely, accurate, and consolidated financial reporting.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial data for monthly executive reporting.
  • Analyze financial results and provide insights to senior management to support data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information across all legal entities.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of accountability, quality, and improvement.
  • Address and resolve any financial issues or discrepancies in a timely and structured manner.
  • Implement best practices and continuously improve financial processes and controls.
  • Partner with senior leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Evaluate financial impacts of business decisions, including market entry, investments, and M&A.
  • Drive digital transformation and system improvements across the finance function.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of experience in a senior financial role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional financial certification (CFA, CPA, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and financial reporting standards (IFRS, GAAP).
  • Expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
  • Solid knowledge of corporate finance, investment analysis, and risk management.
  • Ability to manage a team and provide leadership to 1-10 direct reports.
  • Fluent in English, with upper-intermediate (B2) or advanced (C1) proficiency.
