Casino Product Specialist/Content Specialist

We are looking for a Casino Product Specialist/Content Specialist to join our Online Casino Baltics team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing casino content, managing product roadmaps, and ensuring high-quality game launches. You will analyse market trends, monitor competitors, and collaborate with various teams to enhance the user experience. If you have a passion for the iGaming industry, strong analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Offered salary: €2200 - €2400 gross.

• Technical background and experience in casino products or a related field.
• Familiarity with the gaming industry, including an understanding of business operations and compliance frameworks. Experience in iGaming or a related field will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office, with the ability to manage product-related tasks efficiently.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Latvian at a native or C2 level.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Highly motivated team player, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to tasks.

• Identifying opportunities for product improvements to enhance performance and profitability.
• Monitoring market trends and competitor offerings to ensure content remains relevant and up to date.
• Translating and adapting game rules from English to Latvian, ensuring compliance with Latvian gaming regulations and local market requirements.
• Conducting performance analysis and sharing insights with the team.
• Maintaining the product roadmap and coordinating new product launches with third-party providers.
• Overseeing the integration of new suppliers to ensure a smooth and timely launch process.
• Managing the Casino & Games Lobby by optimizing game positioning and creating categories.
• Collecting customer feedback and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the user experience.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and assisting in the certification process for new content.
• Documenting key processes and suggesting improvements to optimize workflows and resource allocation.
