BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (Gardening products)

• Develop new customer relationships through cold and warm calling techniques
• Achieve sales targets by identifying business opportunities and upselling products and services
• Prepare quotations and presentations that demonstrate understanding of client needs and offer solutions
• Process orders and maintain accurate sales data in CRM system
• Attend international exhibitions, meet with customers and leads to expand business opportunities
• Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to stay ahead

• Professional English and French language knowledge. Other languages will be considered as an advantage *
• At least 2 years experience in a similar position with the export market in the B2B sector
• Experience in negotiation and objection-handling techniques
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
• Self-motivated personality with a results-oriented mindset and can-do attitude
