Job Description
- Promote sales growth and ensure the achievement of strategic goals.
- Identify opportunities for expansion into new markets.
- Initiate, create, and maintain long-term relationships with new clients and partners.
- Analyze market opportunities, competitive environment, and provide strategic solutions.
- Monitor sales results, analyze performance indicators, and offer suggestions for improving operations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of successful experience in business development or sales management.
- Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills.
- Strong results orientation and the ability to achieve strategic goals.
- Experience in identifying new markets and successfully expanding business operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for decisions.
- Very good knowledge of English (both written and spoken); knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage.
- Experience of working with trade networks is an advantage.
- Higher education in business, economics, or a related field is an advantage.
